Product Description

To prevent sticking, preheat the griddle before adding oil and make sure the oil is hot before cooking, avoiding preheating to high temperatures. Preheat the griddle from "Medium Low" to "Medium" for optimal results. High temperatures can burn oil onto the surface, making it hard to remove.

To prevent warping, avoid placing large quantities of frozen food on a hot griddle and preheat slowly, especially when using frozen foods. Do not exceed 400 degrees when cooking, and if using Teflon, do not exceed 350 degrees. Let the griddle cool completely before cleaning with warm water, avoiding cold water until it is cooled down.

Use the right size burner to avoid uneven heat and warping. If the griddle warps slightly, let it cool and it should recover; if not, slowly heat it again and let it cool.
